This copyright applies to the entire Clinsoft web application, all related mobile applications, documentation, and the underlying architecture used for the effective handling of the practical placement process for students in an institution.

Protected Proprietary Content

The following elements of the Clinsoft system are proprietary and protected:

Software Functionality and Workflow: Including placement tracking, assessment workflows, centralised document management, resource allocation, and real-time reporting.
System Structure: The definition and relationships between core application sections and modules, such as Dashboard, Placements, Cohorts, Users, Document checklists, Unit pool, Course management, Facilities management, Placement types, Placement status, and Document pool.
Placement Logic: The methodologies for managing placement content, including the structure of placement sections and items, and the process for defining item visibility (e.g., whether a section is published, shown on PDF, or shown to student).
User Roles: The structure encompassing the six defined user roles within the application: Product admin, Placement coordinator, Institution educator, Student, Facility admin, and Facility instructor.

CLINSOFT and METAVEO are trademarks or registered marks owned by METAVEO PTY LTD. The unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

The use of client names, such as the Institute of Health & Nursing Australia and the Institute of Health & Management , is for identification purposes only, indicating that they are selectable or utilizing the Clinsoft platform. These names and any associated institutional logos, images (including logo image, head cover image, PDF header image, and Footer image), or proprietary data managed via the Institution Settings remain the exclusive property and trademarks of their respective owners.

External Brands

The Clinsoft login page provides links to external social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. All brand names, logos, and trademarks related to these or any other external service referenced within the application belong to their respective owners.
